Beykoz University
The Beykoz Logistics Vocational School was established in 2008, laying the groundwork for Beykoz University.
The Beykoz Foundation was formed with the following Beykoz Institution colleges with the youth of the gaps in higher education with an example of an international level university, setting the necessity for Turkey Logistics Research and Education Foundation in 2008.
Beykoz University was started by the Foundation in Istanbul on September 7, 2016.
Faculties and institutions
Within Beykoz University, there are four faculties: the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, the Faculty of Art and Design, the Faculty of Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture.
In addition, there are two high schools: the Foreign Language College and the College of Civil Aviation; two graduate programs: the Vocational School and the Beykoz Logistics Vocational School; and one graduate program.

How do I apply to Beykoz University step by step
STEP 1: SUBMIT YOUR PAPERS.
Go to admission in Turkey page on Admissionex .com and submit all the required documents. After applying you’ll receive your pincode by email.
STEP 2: CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.
After your application is positively evaluated, you will receive a conditional letter via e-mail.
STEP 3: DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
Pay the deposit money to University’s accounts which is mentioned in the conditional acceptance letter. Don’t forget to put your pincode in the payment description.
STEP 4: OFFICIAL ACCEPTANCE.
After paying the deposit, you will receive an Official Acceptance Letter with the description of farther registration steps on your e-mail.
STEP 5: REGISTRATION,
Prepare the original hard copies of your documents and come to the main campus to complete your registration. if you don’t have any acceptable English score you will be informed about the nearest English Exams session after your registration.
STEP 6: RESIDENCE PERMIT,
After completing your enrollment, visit International Students Office and apply for student residence permit.
Requirements to study at Beykoz University
Before starting the application process at Beykoz University , please make sure that you have prepared an electronic copy of the following documents in PDF format:
For Undergraduate-Associate Degree Applications:
- Copy of your passport (personal information page)
- Copy of your high school diploma (if you are in the last year of high school, an official letter from the high school administration stating your status)
- High school official transcript
- Maximum 1 page motivation letter (Not Compulsory)
If you have studied your high school abroad you need to get a high school equivalency letter from The Ministry of Education in Turkey. You can also obtain this document from The Turkish Embassy/ Consulate in your country. Please note that this document is a must to complete your registration.
For Postgraduate Applications:
- Copy of your passport (personal information page)
- Photocopy of undergraduate diploma (if you are in the last year of undergraduate, an official letter from the administration stating your status)
- Official transcript of the license
- Maximum 1 page motivation letter
- Students who will apply for a PhD program must upload both their undergraduate and graduate documents to the system
Entry Requirements for Master’s Degree Programmes
- The University that you have graduated must be recognized by Turkish Higher Education Council.
- You need to have minimum 3 years bachelor’s degree diploma.
- You need to have minimum 50% success on your bachelor’s degree diploma.
- If you want to do your master’s in Computer Engineering Programme, you need to have computer based bachelor’s degree diploma such as IT, Computer Science, etc.
Language Requirements at Beykoz University
English Language Requirements
If the medium of instruction is English in the selected program, all international students have to prove their proficiency in English before they start the first year of the academic program.
International students who are unable to submit the required English language test scores during their applications, can take the Beykoz University English Proficiency Exam upon arrival.
Students who get a score of 60 and above from the Beykoz-PROF Exam are exempted from the English Preparatory Program. Students who fail the test will attend the Beykoz University English Language Preparatory Program for one year. This year is not included in the total number of years required for graduation.
If the applicants have obtained a sufficient score from one of the following English Language Exams, they can be exempted from the English Language Preparatory Program:
The applicants who have been studying in English at their previous institutions (High School, University) for min. three years, can be exempted from the English Language Proficiency Exam.
Turkish Language Requirements
Students who are accepted to an academic program taught in Turkish, except for those native language is Turkish, have to prove their proficiency in Turkish before they start the first year of their academic program.
Students can take the Turkish Language Exam (TOMER test) upon arrival. Students who fail the test, can take Turkish language courses at BEYKOZTOMER.
The applicants who have obtained B2 Level Turkish Language Certificate (TOMER), can be exempted from the TOMER test.
Official registration procedures in Beykoz University and student ID card?
Student registrations are made by the Registrar’s Office.
The registration process cannot be completed unless the required documents are provided to the Beykoz University .
Until provided, existing registrations may be cancelled. The documents required for registration are as follows:
An original High School Diploma (an interim graduation certificate for newly graduated students whose diplomas have not been prepared by the registration date), an English or Turkish translation obtained from a certified translation bureau if the high school diploma is not in English
After the registration is officially completed by the Registrar’s Office, the student ID card will be prepared and given to the student within one week.
