Can I get refund if my application gets denied or rejected?
If you didn’t pass the entrance exam or English test and the university rejected your application, we can suggest other similar university. If all your documents are authentic and your names, parent’s names, date and place of birth are same across all the documents, then It’s very unlikely for your application to get rejected from the Ministry of Education.
If you request for the refund after the university rejected your application and before applying to the ministry of education, we will calculate and deduct the used amount and money transfer fee, then schedule the refund. Once the application to the ministry of education is done, it is not possible to refund unfortunately.
