Isik University, founded in 1996 by one of Turkey’s oldest educational organizations, offers top-notch instruction in both Turkish and English through its three faculties, one graduate school, and one vocational school.

How do I apply to Isik University step by step
STEP 1: SUBMIT YOUR PAPERS.
Go to admission in Turkey page on Admissionex .com and submit all the required documents. After applying you’ll recive your pincode by email.
STEP 2: CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.
After your application is positively evaluated, you will recive a conditional letter via e-mail.
STEP 3: DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
Pay the deposit money to University’s accounts which is mentioned in the conditional acceptance letter. Don’t forget to put your pincode in the payment description.
STEP 4: OFFICIAL ACCEPTANCE.
After paying the deposit, you will recive an Official Acceptance Letter with the description of farther registration steps on your e-mail.
STEP 5: REGISTRATION,
Prepare the original hard copies of your documents and come to istanbul to the main campus to complete your registration. if you don’t have any acceptable English score you will be informed about the nearest English Exams session after your registration.
STEP 6: RESIDENCE PERMIT,
After completing your enrollment, visit International Students Office and apply for student residence permit.
International Undergraduate Admissions at Işık University
To apply to Işık University as an international student you need to complete and submit an online application form. Applications with missing documents will not be taken into consideration. You should not email or post any documents to the university during the application process.

Students who fail to pass the English Proficiency exam at Işık University, have to study in English Preparatory School for a year.

The Equivalency Certificate, which verifies the equivalency of your High School Diploma to a Turkish High School Diploma, can be obtained either from the Turkish Embassy at your home country or from the Ministry of Education in Turkey.
Letter of attorney and its notary translation in English is required for the students under 18 years old (if they are unable to come together with their guardians/parents/legal representatives.)

What is an offer letter from Isik University ?
Offer Letter states that you are conditionally accepted by Işık University. After completing
your deposit payment, you will receive the Official Acceptance Letter. Please note that
there is a quota for every program. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make the deposit
payment before due date in order to secure your place at your preferred program.
What is an official acceptance letter?
You receive this letter after making your deposit payment. This letter enables you to
apply for visa. Please note that the visa application process might take a long time. It is your responsibility to obtain a valid visa to be able to register to our programs.
What will happen if my visa is rejected?
We will give you a full deposit refund in case your application has been rejected by the Embassy.
How much should I pay as deposit?
Applicants are required to pay a tuition deposit of 1500 USD to receive an official acceptance letter. This non-refundable deposit will be considered as a guarantee of applicant’s intent to enroll at Işık and it will be deducted from the tuition fee at registration.
What is the language of instruction at Işık University?
Most of our programs are taught in English. However, we also offer programs in Turkish.
If you want to apply to a program in Turkish, you need to prove your proficiency in Turkish with a TÖMER certificate.
How do I prove my English Proficiency?
Applicants are required to prove their English proficiency (TOEFL min. 66, PTE min. 50).
You can submit an original Language Exam Score Report via the application portal.
NOTE: that IELTS is not accepted.
When is Işık University’s English Proficiency Test?
If you do not have one of the above scores, you are required to take Işık University’s English Proficiency Test. The second online test will take place on 8 June 2022.
Does Isik University offer an English Preparatory Program?
Yes. Those who fail Işık University’s English Proficiency Test must register to the English
Preparatory Program at Işık University (Şile Campus) before beginning their academic studies. This preparatory year is not included in the total number of years of study required for graduation.

Işk University was founded in 1996 by Feyziye Schools Foundation, one of Turkey’s oldest educational institutions. Originally known as Feyz-i Sbyan School in 1885, it later changed its name to Işk with Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s agreement.
Işk University, one of the renowned Turkish foundation institutions, offers top-notch instruction through three faculties with a total of 23 undergraduate programs, one vocational school with 13 associate degree programs, and one graduate school with over 45 programs. Around 8,000 students attend the university, and more than 1,000 of them are international students from more than 60 different nations.
Two campuses of Işk University are located on Istanbul’s Asian and European sides, respectively. The Maslak Campus is situated in the center of Istanbul’s European side business sector. Istanbul, a well-known tourist destination on the Black Sea Coast, is where the ile campus is situated.
