STEP 2: CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

After your application is positively evaluated, you will receive a conditional letter via e-mail.

STEP 3: DEPOSIT PAYMENT.

Pay the deposit money to University’s  accounts which is mentioned in the conditional acceptance letter. Don’t forget to put your pincode in the payment description.

STEP 4: OFFICIAL ACCEPTANCE.

After paying the deposit, you will receive an Official Acceptance Letter with the description of farther registration steps on your e-mail.

STEP 5: REGISTRATION,

Prepare the original hard copies of your documents and come to the main campus to complete your registration. if you don’t have any acceptable English score you will be informed about the nearest English Exams session  after your registration.

STEP 6: RESIDENCE PERMIT,

After completing your enrollment, visit International Students Office and apply for student residence permit.

1. At least 50 points in YÖS (ForeignStudentExam),

The graduation average of the applicants applying with a high school or equivalent to high school diploma; must beat least 70 out of 100 for Faculty of Medicine and 60 out of 100 for other departments/programs.

Official registration procedures in Yuksek Ihtisas University  and student ID card?

Student registrations are made by the Registrar’s Office.

The registration process cannot be completed unless the required documents are provided to the Yuksek Ihtisas University  .

Until provided, existing registrations may be cancelled. The documents required for registration are as follows:

  • An “Equivalence Certificate,” which shows the equivalency of the diploma to those received from Turkish high schools, to be received from the T.R. Ministry of National Education or Turkish Embassies or Consulates in the country of residence
  • A transcript certified by the high school administration showing the grades and courses the candidate has taken in high school and an English or Turkish translation obtained from a certified translation bureau if the original document is not English
  • An original exam results document or a copy approved by a notary public in the country of residence or by Turkish Foreign Representatives (if applicable)
  • An English or Turkish translation of pages showing the passport credentials and validity obtained from a certified translation bureau if the passport information is not in English
  • A “Student Visa” to be obtained from Turkish Foreign Representatives (student certificate to be obtained fromYuksek Ihtisas University university and a copy of a new residence permit for study from the Foreigners Branch for foreigners living in Turkey)
  • A residence permit (must be submitted to the registrar’s office within a month of the registration date)
  • Health Insurance (obtained in Turkey)
  • An original Foreign Language or Turkish Proficiency document approved by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in the country of residence (if applicable)
  • A bank receipt showing that the contribution has been deposited
  • Six passport photos

After the registration is officially completed by the Registrar’s Office, the student ID card will be prepared and given to the student within one week.

The history of Yuksek Ihtisas University

” Yuksek Ihtisas University  ” is a university that was created in order to be covered by the rules of the Foundation Higher Education Institutions section of the Higher Education Law (number 2547). With the revision made under article 11 of the Law No. 6495 published in the Official Gazette No. 28726 dated 02/08/2013, it is now a foundation university with public legal personality.

At the Faculty of Medicine, Yüksek ihtisas University began instruction in 2015 with 51 students. The first graduates from the Faculty of Medicine will be in the 2020–2021 academic year. The Associate Degree Program in Medical Documentation and Secretarial Services in the Vocational School of Health continued its education and training programs in 2016. It is part of the Faculty of Health Sciences. The first graduates from this associate’s program were in 2018. Within the Faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing and Health Management Departments were established in the 2017–2018 academic year, and instruction in four different departments has been realized. the identical year,

The Vocational School of Health began offering Electroneurophysiology and Operation Room Services, and in the 2018–2019 academic year, the Anesthesia Associate Degree Program began offering educational and training opportunities. The Institute of Health Sciences began teaching the Anatomy Master Program with thesis during the 2016–2017 academic year. The Master of Internal Diseases Nursing with Thesis and the Master of Medical Microbiology with Thesis programs began in the 2017–2018 academic year. Additionally, the 2018–2019 academic year saw the beginning of the Medical Genetics Master Program with thesis.

AsYuksek Ihtisas University university grows and becomes more powerful, the 2019–2020 academic year has begun. Four further new associate degree programs and two additional new associate degree programs have been added toYuksek Ihtisas University Vocational School of Health Services during this time. These include optics, medical laboratory procedures, biomedical device technology, and medical promotion and marketing. There are programs in the vocational school for computer programming and pharmacy services. Since the start of the 2019–2020 academic year, technicians have received training in ten different associate degree programs, two of which are offered in vocational schools. The remaining eight programs are run by vocational schools of health services.

Yuksek Ihtisas institution has made a significant advancement in the clinical fields in the 2019–2020 academic year by negotiating an affiliation agreement with Medical Park and Liv Hospitals Group.
